Bandai Namco Announces New Sailor Moon Cosmetics Internationally 

New cosmetics based on the popular Anime and Manga franchise Sailor Moon are set to release early next year. According to Bandai Namco, the limited-edition Sailor Moon: Miracle Romance, the seventh product in Creer Beaute’s Shining Moon Powder series, will be released in early 2025. 

Originally launched in 1995, Sailor Moon has grown into a beloved anime and manga franchise with fans worldwide. The story follows 14-year-old Usagi Tsukino and her friends as they defend Earth from extraterrestrial threats as powerful Sailor Scouts. Currently, the franchise is estimated to be worth USD 14 billion. Despite it being decades since the original series ended, Sailor Moon has shown no signs of slowing down.

The new powder was revealed to Japanese buyers at the end of September and will now be released internationally thanks to Bandai Namco’s Bandai Premium brand.

Sailor Moon: Miracle Romance is a a clear face powder Inside a pink and gold-colored compact shaped like the Cosmic Heart Compact brooch that Sailor Moon uses to transform into her iconic Sailor Scout outfit. 

The Sailor Moon: Miracle Romance compact includes face powder, a face puff, a puff case, and an anti-powder sheet. Additionally, the ingredients for the face powder include plant root extract, Zenia flower extract, centifolia rose flower extract, Roman chamomile flower extract, and hybrid rose flower extract. The powder gives the wearer a nice translucent finish.

The Sailor Moon Shining Moon Powder series began in 2018 and has been an exciting staple for fans Internationally and within Japan.  Pre-orders began September 30th, and the official release is set for some time in February 2025.
