Jaxson Dart Plans to go Far with the Giants

In a recent video now circulating among fans, rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart throws a football at a passing jet ski. This throw did a great job at highlighting Jaxson’s impressive strength, which was almost caught by the person on the jet ski. Despite the pass being incomplete, the throw was spot on, which sparked a ton of confidence in the fans and team about how far Dart can go with the Giants.

Jaxson already displayed a lot of potential when he played for Ole Miss last year. He consistently maintained good averages for passing yards per game, with a constant stream of accuracy and strength that any quarterback would want to possess. It was enough for the Giants to notice, which is why Jaxson became the 25th overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft. He signed a rookie contract that comes with a guaranteed amount of $17 million while with the Giants. Currently, he is taking part in their training camp, where he is already making a name for himself among his peers.

Lane Kiffin gave many compliments to Jaxson during the “Giants Huddle” podcast, in which he specifically highlighted how well he can receive and interpret new information on the field. This bodes well for the head coach and for Russell Wilson, who will hopefully aid this younger player in the development of his game. In due time, Jaxson could become the new starter for the Giants and take over the spot for Russell. Hopes are high that Dart will help lead the Giants to new heights.
