In a recent announcement from the famous American hard rock band Guns N’ Roses, they have revealed more than 60 tour dates to take place during 2026. Additionally, they have also announced that they will be releasing two new songs that will come out by the end of 2025.
Ever since former band members Duff McKagan and Slash rejoined Guns N’ Roses in 2016, the band has been almost constantly on the road, performing their songs across the world.
The two songs that were announced that should be released by the end of 2025 are called “Atlas” and “Nothin”. “Atlas” is rumored to be related to an unreleased song from the band that was shelved during their “Chinese Democracy” songwriting session. The song was rumored to be called “Atlas Shrugged” in the session, but it is uncertain whether the songs are related.
McKagan gave the following statement regarding “Nothin”, giving few details regarding what is in the song: “We have a new song that is coming out soon that we’re starting to play live — it’s called ‘Nothin” — and I scroll between full tone on and full off,”.
Despite the band being back together for some time, they have only released six new songs since then, which is roughly half an album.
Slash recently gave “Guitar World” a statement regarding the lack of new song releases, “There’s so much material at this point, it’s a matter of having the discipline to sit down and fucking get into it,” he continues, “But the thing with Guns is, in my experience, you can never plan ahead. You can never sit down and go, ‘We’re going to take this time, and we’re going to do this.’ Every time we’ve done that, it falls apart.”
Guns N’ Roses is one of the best hard rock bands in the world, and their fans are eagerly awaiting their chance to see them in person while they are on tour.
