Curtis Sliwa, founder of the legendary civilian crime fighting group the Guardian Angels is endorsing Vito Bruno for State Senate in the 22nd District (South Brooklyn) on Friday morning. Sliwa and Bruno will hold a joint news conference at 9:00 am on Friday June 26th to discuss the endorsement and the dangerous policy of defunding the NYPD. It is worth noting that in the 2018 election Curtis Sliwa actively supported the current incumbent Andrew Gounardes.
