Babalu Executive Celebrity Chef Alex Garcia Visits Good Day New York

 Celebrity Chef Alex Garcia, the executive chef at popular Bronx-based Latin restaurant Babalu, recently paid a visit to Good Day New York, where he shared some of Babalu’s most popular dishes with Greg Kelly and Rosanna Scotto. Chef Garcia prepared Babalu’s famous seafood ceviche live on the show, demonstrating a perfect dish for hot summer nights. He also brought along plates of arroz con pollo, paella, patacones and tortilla chips with Babalu’s three signature sauces: piquillo mojo, ajillo and charred tomato salsa.
