Blake Lively looked gorgeous while promoting ‘Green Lantern’ at the ‘Today Show’ yesterday. The Gossip Girl star wore a bright blue Tibi floral-embroidered mini dress paired with leopard-print Charlotte Olympia heels. Although the dress and the shoes are fabulous, I’m not sure that they totally go together. I’m obsessed with the dress though and she looks amazing in it. It’s so flattering and blue is definitely her color.
