The inside scoop and secrets of the Trump administration, particularly the former President and First Lady, are soon to be spilled. Sephanie Grisham was the former White House Press Secretary who is known for never holding a briefing during her stint in the Trump Administration. Per credible sources, Grisham is now ready to “spill the beans” about the unknown surrounding the Trumps during their years in office. According to Politico who obtained excerpts of Grisham’s tell-all book, I’ll Take Your Questions Now: What I saw in The Trump White House, She is not holding back and is firing with vengeance.
Grisham also served as Melania Trump’s chief of staff near the end of her stint in the White House. “[Melania Trump] is Dismissive. Defeated. Detached” Grisham states about the former First Lady. She compared Melania Trump to “doomed French Queen” Marie Antoinette.
In the excerpts, Grisham details responses made by the former First Lady of major events that happened during the Trump presidency. She explicitly states the words of Melania Trump as she used the approach of “seen, but not herd” as the First Lady.
At 1:25 p.m. on January 6th, soon after rioters beraccaded through the Capitol, Stephanie Grisham texted Melania Trump asking “Do you want to tweet that peaceful protests are the right of every American, but there is no place for lawlessness and violence?” A minute later, the former first lady simply replied back “No.” At that exact moment, Grisham stated that Melania was preparing for a photoshoot of a rug she had selected.
Grisham also details the transferring of office from the Trump to Biden presidency. She stated that she asked Melania Trump numerous times if she should reach out to Jill Biden, the current first lady during the transition to set up the traditional inauguration tea. Instead, Melania instructed they should wait to see what the West Wing does. The reasoning is slated to the Trumps believing the election was illegitimate.
