If you are still smiling after all you’ve been through, then what makes you think you can’t last the night?
I know the pain hurts and wears you down; unforgiving and raging, you try not to make a sound.
It’s okay to cry, it’s okay to breathe, it’s okay if you aren’t happy and your body is burdened with grief.
It’s okay to find love and acceptance for yourself even when you feel like your body’s betrayed you after putting you through daily hell.
You’re not at fault. You’re trying your best, please believe these words I’m saying— it’s easy for pain to be met with isolation, but try to conquer these overwhelming feelings.
You’re a warrior, fighting everyday in an awful invisible fight. You deserve to celebrate yourself for getting this far.
