Mia Lailani is a rising Puerto Rican singer-songwriter. Born in the Bronx, New York City, Lailani had an interest in music at a very young age, and it was fostered thanks to her musically inclined family. 

Lailani would begin her music career in collaboration with her brother Devan Ibiza, who took the role of her producer. Much of the duo’s music, which is released in english and spanish, reflects the culture of the home that they grew up in, in addition to being a fusion with the help of pop, R&B, and hip-hop.
