Mike Tyson Seen Repeatedly Punching Airplane Passenger in the Face

Mike Tyson, who is known for being one of the greatest heavyweight boxing champions of all time, gave the passengers of a Jet Blue an exclusive fight with one of the other passengers on the plane Wednesday night.

In a video released by TMZ Thursday morning, Mike Tyson is seen repeatedly punching the passenger behind him in the face. TMZ Sport reports that the incident happened on a plane Wednesday night in San Francisco on a JetBlue flight heading to Florida.

The witness on the plane said that when he and his friend were boarding, they saw Mike Tyson. He was cool with them and even took a selfie with them before the incident. The witness’s over-excited buddy kept trying to talk to Tyson.

Eventually, Tyson asked the guy to chill after he had been talking in his ear. When the guy didn’t, Tyson got up, turned around, and began punching the man in the face. In the video released by TMZ, you can see Tyson is bloodying the man’s head after multiple hits.

After the altercation, Mike Tyson walked off the plane, and the man received medical attention, going to the police about this incident after. Although it has not been reported whether or not the man is pressing charges, a source close to Mike tells TMZ that the man was extremely intoxicated and would not stop provoking the boxer in his seat.

A representative of Mike Tyson released this statement to Fox Business about the incident: “Unfortunately, Mr. Tyson had an incident on a flight with an aggressive passenger who began harassing him and threw a water bottle at him while he was in his seat.”

With his boxing career behind him, Tyson has taken a calmer public persona with his appreciation for marijuana after announcing the launch of his cannabis company with wrestling legend Rick Flair.
