Patrick Ta is a popular Vietnamese American makeup artist. Born in San Diego, to a large family, Ta had experience with makeup and beauty world at a young age thanks to his parents owning a number of salons in the area.

 

Ta began developing his skills professionally by opening his own nail and tanning salon after highschool, with his parents help. Unfortunately, after a few years of success, family rifts and his salon going bankrupt left Ta to fall back on his makeup skills.

 

He began to build a portfolio first for bridal and then to minor celebrities. Ta built his way up, until his big break working with Gigi Hadid. Since, then opportunities exploded. Ta, now works with some of the top current celebrities and social media influencers including Ariana Grande, Katy Perry, Rihanna, and more.

 

Additionally, Ta is a notable influencer himself, being one of the few pivotal influencers of the online beauty community, acquiring millions of followers on Instagram and TikTok.
