If you’re like me, and up to a billion other TikTok users from around the world, you are probably at least somewhat familiar with how catchy some of the sounds can be. Whether you’re walking around your house repeating a catchy phrase or song, its undeniable that TikTok has some kind of magical ability to make you addicted to 15 seconds of sound. Over Memorial Day weekend, a video of a 17-year-old girl from California defending her dogs from a bear went viral. The girl’s cousin was able to record the entire incident with her phone.
The video begins with a massive bear and two cubs walking along a dividing wall in the girl’s backyard. The girl’s dogs begin barking and running towards the bear when the large bear reaches out towards one of the dogs, appearing to scratch them. At this moment, the girl runs from her house and pushes the bear over the dividing wall using her bare hands. Everyone appeared to escape the scene unscathed.
