The practice is simple, natural, healthy even, but what really puts the cosmetic industry under threat is that it is free. The practice I am referring to is face yoga, which has the ability to make skin more radiant, and facial features more symmetrical, all at your fingertips (literally). Face yoga is better than cosmetic procedures and products because it’s natural, easy to do, free, and most importantly, because it feels good.
