Woman is going viral on Tik Tok for “lazy girl makeup” trend

Kaycee Ogle, 25, of Flint, Michigan started a new makeup trend on TikTok using self-tanning lotion. Kaycee posted a video to her TikTok account of her applying the self-tanner on her face with the caption “Lazy girls use self-tanner, so they don’t have to wear makeup” briefly shown above the video. While she’s applying the product, she tells her viewers:

“I’m gonna sleep in this and then wipe it off in the morning, and we shall see how I end up looking. I’ve done this before and I honestly think I looked pretty cute, so I’m not too worried about it. Wasn’t as pale as I am right now, and it was with a different tanner so I’m hoping that it turns out cute, but I also decided that I’m going to add henna freckles. I will be back in the morning, and I will show you guys what this looks like.”

According to Fox News, Kaycee substituted the self-tanning lotion for contour, and the video has over 1.3 million views on TikTok. In the video we can see her applying the lotion with a small brush onto her forehead and cheekbones, we also see the product smeared on the temples of her forehead as well as the bridge of her nose along with her eyelids. In the video she also applied fake freckles. She sleeps with the product on her face, and then washes it off the next day.

“The modern-day woman in 2024 is busy and working hard. We want to work smarter, not harder,” Kaycee stated about her makeup hack. Kaycee has stated that she’s been using this makeup hack for five years, and that it gives her a “natural glow,” as per Fox News.
