As Spotify announced on Twitter, “It’s official…@MileyCyrus broke the record for the most streams in a single week with #Flowers.”. It was the first week in January that Spotify shared specific numbers for the hit single. Cyrus managed to outdo herself for a second consecutive week after also debuting at No. 1 in the previous frame, making it all the more impressive that she managed to outdo herself for the second consecutive week.
