The Jets have had good luck with many of their standout players, like Joe Namath, Sauce Gardner, and plenty of others. However, despite him being the head coach for only this year so far, Aaron Glenn has proven himself to be a great asset to the team. His experience and motivation have already led to many amazing games, and I doubt it will stop anytime soon.
Aaron Glenn might be new to being the head coach, but he has been a part of the Jets for many years. He actually began his NFL career with the Jets back in 1994. He played for them all the way up till 2002 when he was drafted to play for the Houston Texans. After many years of playing on the field, he made a change and went back to the Jets as a scout. Regardless of where he went, he always returned with the Jets.
He has had plenty of experience as a player and a defensive coordinator. His contributions to the Lions these past few years cannot be understated, helping them stand their ground and win game after game. With his time now being used as the Jets’ head coach, he’s been able to input his past knowledge into the team’s play style. Not only that, but the players have good chemistry with Aaron and do well with his encouragement. Having good communication is the most important thing as a coach, so he is looking to lead his players into finishing the year strongly. If anyone could do something like that, it would be him.
