It happens to be true that Angelina Jolie will be playing the role of Maleficent in the upcoming Disney movie. She told Entertainment Weekly that she even had her horns fitted for the role. She told the magazine: “I start it in June, and it’s a really great script. I’m having a lot of fun. I’ve already got my horns fitted. My kids are very happy,” A week or so ago, the studio began the production of the movie and presented the photograph of Jolie wearing the horns (see above).
The upcoming 2014 movie is a remake of the Disney classic “Sleeping Beauty”. The story is told from Maleficent’s point of view, but in this version the character is not just pure evil. It is interesting that the movie will be seen through the villain’s eyes. However, Jolie stated: “It’s not anti-princess, but it’s the first time they’re looking at this epic woman,” Then, she added that her Maleficent is not just a usual villain. Mysterious, isn’t it?
The producers are still trying to figure out the details of Maleficent’s looks. There will be adjustments made to the 1959 classic Disney character. However, it is certain that the horns will remain- they are the vintage accessory for Maleficent.
“Maleficent,” will appear in theaters March 14, 2014 starring Harlto Copley, Elle Fanning, Imelda Staunton and Juno Temple.

25th Anniversary of ‘Titanic’: How Titanic Became an Under-the-Surface Sensation in Taliban-Ruled Afghanistan
In honor of Titanic’s 25th anniversary, the iconic movie will be shown in movie theaters on February 10th this year. Because of how iconic this movie was internationally, there is an interesting story behind how the people in Afghanistan were able to see the movie when it was released, as they were under Taliban rule. All forms of entertainment were outlawed in Afghanistan when the Taliban initially took power there in the 1990s. Residents of Kabul and other cities frequently describe finding video and audiotape ribbons that were torn to pieces as if they had also been executed.
