How To Make Delicious Pork Chops


  • Heating Oil:
    • Heat vegetable oil in a pan until it shows a webbing effect on the bottom and sides.

  • Seasoning Pork Chops:
    • Use salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and a mix of fresh cracked pepper and dried garlic.
    • Let the seasoned pork chops sit overnight with a bit of vinegar.

  • Frying Pork Chops:
    • Carefully place the pork chops in the hot oil, away from you to avoid splashes.
    • Fry each side until the juices rise to the top.
    • Flip the pork chops and cook for a minute or two on each side until done.

  • Resting:
    • Let the pork chops rest for 5-10 minutes after frying to allow the juices to redistribute.
    • Avoid cutting into the pork chops immediately to keep them juicy and flavorful.
