How To Make Delicious Pork Chops
Instructions:
- Heating Oil:
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan until it shows a webbing effect on the bottom and sides.
- Seasoning Pork Chops:
- Use salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and a mix of fresh cracked pepper and dried garlic.
- Let the seasoned pork chops sit overnight with a bit of vinegar.
- Frying Pork Chops:
- Carefully place the pork chops in the hot oil, away from you to avoid splashes.
- Fry each side until the juices rise to the top.
- Flip the pork chops and cook for a minute or two on each side until done.
- Resting:
- Let the pork chops rest for 5-10 minutes after frying to allow the juices to redistribute.
- Avoid cutting into the pork chops immediately to keep them juicy and flavorful.
