So, you’re heading off to Disney World. You’ve made sure to book your hotel, pack your bags, and grab your sparkly Mickey Mouse ears. All that’s left to do? Eat to your little heart’s content.
Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, is actually a food lover’s dream, with lots of delicious options to choose from. Seriously. While planning your meals, be sure to check out this list in order to make sure that you’re not missing out! This list includes classic fan favorites to hidden gems. So, here are 10 of the absolute best things you can eat or drink while visiting the most magical place on earth.
- Dole Whip
This one is definitely a classic. A perfectly swirled cup of Dole Whip is the most refreshing treat in the park. It can be found at Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland. You can also choose between four different flavors: pineapple, orange, vanilla, or swirled.
- Aladdin Magic Carpet Petit Cake
This one is new to the Disney lineup. These are adorable little cakes that are available at Amorette’s Patisserie, a high-end pastry shop in Disney Springs.
- Caramel Apples
There are several different variations of the caramel apple throughout the park, but the ones with the classic Mickey Mouse ears are my favorite.
- Gray Stuff Cupcake
To indulge in these baby cupcakes, be sure to make a reservation at the Be Our Guest restaurant in Magic Kingdom. It’s also the only way that you’ll be able to enter the Beauty and the Beast castle!
- Boozy Beignets
This adult-friendly treat can be found at Scat Cat’s Club in Disney’s Port Orleans Resort near the French Quarter. Customers can choose from one of four flavors: Kahlua, RumChata, Bailey’s Irish Cream, or Godiva Chocolate liquor.
- Mickey Mouse Pretzel
There’s definitely no shortage of Mickey-shaped food. You can get these giant soft pretzels in any of the four main parks.
- Mickey Premium Bar
This one is a true classic for a reason, and available at every park year-round.
- Minnie Mouse Rice Krispie Treat
Finally, Minnie gets some well-deserved love in Magic Kingdom’s sweet shop Main Street Confectionary. I’ll definitely have to try these if I ever go!
- Bacon Mac and Cheese Hot Dog
Move over mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise. There’s a new way to furnish your hotdog at Casey’s Corner in Magic Kingdom.
- Mickey Mouse Cinnamon Roll
There’s no wrong way to eat these cinnamon rolls. Of course, personally, I would start with the ears. Grab one to share at the Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
