Beyond humans…

Ridley Scott’s long-awaited sci-fi hit Prometheus came out on Friday, June 8 and it proves to meet all expectations. The story centers on a group of scientists who travels into space- where anything can happen. They have to face serious and dangerous obstacles in order to survive. There is not much more to give away from the plot- you simply have to see the movie.
The reviews for Prometheus varied, however, most critics praised the director’s well-developed screenplay and aesthetically pleasing visuals. The movie has a close attachment to the Alien franchise- a masterpiece sci-fi film from years ago. The acting of Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, and Charlize Theron, along with many more, is excellent and really brings the film to the next level.
This summer will bring more and more “must-see” films. Along with Dark Shadows and Snow White and the Huntsman, Prometheus is definitely one movie you will want to see in the theater!
