Camilo was born Camilo Echeverry and is a Colombian singer, sonwriter, and producer.  He is widely known for his singles “Favorito,” and “Tutu.” 

Camilo got his start after winning the Colombian show Factor XS and has since released three studio albums.  His most recent album Por Primera Vez was released in 2020.  He has also written for other artists such as Becky G, Natti Natasha, and Bad Bunny.  Most notably, he is credited for writing “Sin Pijama” and “Si Estuviesemos Juntos.”

He has recently re-launced his solo career.  In doing so, he has changed his image in a variety of ways including a more bohemian look.  His song “Desconocidos” with Manuel Turizo and Mau& Ricky was released in 2018 and reached number 23 on the Billboard Latin Pop Airplay chart.

After the success of his release in 2018, he was signed with Sony Music Latin in 2019. On April 17, 2020, he released his album Por Primera Vez which devuted at number on on the Billboard Latin Pop Albums Chart.  This album contains his hits “Favorito” and “Tutu.”
