Scott Lalacci aka DJ Skribble is an Italian-American DJ, music producer, remixer, and actor. Born in Long Island New York, Lalacci is highly regarded within the music industry. 

 

Lalacci got his start as a member of the band Young Black Teenagers in the early 90s. After producing two albums, he parted ways with the group to collaborate with Lauryn Hill, Bill Irwin and later Wyclef Jean’s debut albums and Lauryn Hill respectively. It was also around this time that Lalacci began releasing several remix albums.

 

Outside of the music industry, Lalacci has an extensive history in television and radio. Lalacci has had a hand in popular MTV shows including The Grind, Hip Hop Night, Spring Break, Millennium Special Live, and Total Request Live. Lalacci also worked on New York City’s radio stations Hot 97 and WKTU.
