Enrique Iglesias was born May 8th 1975 and is a Spanish Singer and songwriter. He started his career in the mid-1990s on the Mexican label Fonovisa where he released three Spanish albums. By the turn of the millennium, he was a successful crossover into the mainstream English-language market.

Iglesias is one of the best selling Latin music artists with estimated sales of over 100 million albums worldwide. He has had five Billboard Hot 100 top five singles, including two number-ones. He holds the number-one position on the Greatest of All-Latin Artists charts and in October 2022 he was honored with the Top Latin-Artist of All Time in Latin Billboard Awards. He has earned the honorific title King of Latin Pop.

In 2003 He had the role of Lorenzo in the movie, Once Upon a Time in Mexico. In 2007 he was in two episodes of How I Met Your Mother as Gael and one episode of Two and a Half Men as Fernando. He has one more than 200 awards from various ceremonies including 23 Billboard Music Awards and 36 Billboard Latin Music Awards. He released his final album in March 29th 2024.
