Bio

Kelly Clarkson is an American singer who rose to fame after she won the first season of American Idol in 2002. Her debut single, “A Moment Like This,” became the country’s best-selling single of 2002. Over the next few years, Clarkson produced multiple pop smashing hits such as “Since U Been Gone,” “My Life Would Such Without You,” “Because of You,” and “Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You).”

Her second studio album, “Breakaway” had four U.S. top ten singles; it sold 12 million copies worldwide and won two Grammy Awards. Clarkson has been called one of the greatest singers in pop music by Billboard. Her versatility allowed her to dominate almost every genre, She became the first artist in history to top each of Billboard’s pop, adult contemporary, adult pop, country, and dance charts.

After almost two decades of success, Clarkson still remains in the spotlight. She is a regular coach on the TV show, “The Voice.” Her infectious personality also earned her a talk show, “The Kelly Clarkson Show” started in 2019, and has won two Daytime Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Talk Show Entertainment and Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host.

Clarkson announced her 2021 Las Vegas Residency will premiere in 2021 and her upcoming ninth-studio album will be out soon.
