The Portland Guardian Angels had a busy day. It was Cinco de Mayo and the patrol headed downtown. Covering the long time Saturday Market and The Cinco de Mayo festival happening across the street. The Angels went back on the train and headed to the Moda Center as the Portland Trail Blazers are playing against Denver and thousands upon thousands fill the Arena for basketball.
