I like cooking shows and shows involving food; they’re the TV shows I like to watch most often. I’m excited for Avatar: Seven Havens, but I’m a bit skeptical since I dislike Avatar: The Legend of Korra, and it’s coming as the next entry after that show. Dragon Ball Super: Beerus would go higher on my list, but it’s six episodes, with more coming in future months. I think they should have released them all at once and waited. Lastly, The Traitors: New Blood looks like a show my family would want to watch with me.
1: Halloween Wars Season 16.
It’s always a treat to watch Halloween wars during October because they get really in the Halloween spirit, making tons of spooky dishes and delectable candies. I always enjoy a good cooking competition, and my favorite holiday is Halloween, the best of both worlds. Premiering on Food Network
2: Sweet Deceit
A competition hosted by Josh Peck where contestants go to real-world locations and try to find hidden sweets made to look like common objects. They’re going to work in teams to try and prove what’s cake by biting into their guesses, which is going to cause a lot of people to bite into random objects. Premiering on Food Network
3: Avatar: Seven Havens
Another Avatar cartoon after Avatar: The Legend of Korra. Following Avatar Pavi this time and her twin sister Nisha as they try to save the titular Seven Havens. I’m hoping this is as good as Avatar: The Last Airbender was.
4: Dragon Ball Super: Beerus
An enhanced remake of the God of Destruction Beerus arc from Dragon Ball Super with new scenes and better pacing. Dragon Ball Super was infamous for its unnecessary filler episodes and lackluster pacing, so I’m excited for a show that covers some of the same material with better animation and pacing. Other enhanced remakes of Dragon Ball Super arcs, such as the Golden Frieza arc and the Universe 6 vs. 7 saga, are on their way later down the line.
5: The Traitors: New Blood
A spin-off of the reality competition The Traitors were competitors who worked together in a mafia-style faithful versus traitors game. The traitors eliminate someone each night, and each day the faithful try and deduce who the traitors are. This spin-off takes the show in a new direction by having regular people as contestants instead of the typical celebrity cast.
