Top 5 TV Shows for April 2026

The entertainment industry has had no shortage of fascinating television programs hitting cable channels and streaming services in the past month. From live-action dramas to animated adventures, there is something for everyone to enjoy. While there are already a large number of shows to choose from, listed below are the top 5 TV shows that we think readers would want to keep an eye on.

1. Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat

Following the surprise hit of its first 2023 season, Company Retreat has the audience following an unsuspecting temp helping “Rockin’ Grandma’s Hot Sauce”, a fake family-owned hot sauce company, with their annual off-site retreat. Like the previous season, which focused on a fake jury duty setup, everyone around Anthony is an actor, improvising ridiculous scenarios where the company’s future hangs in the balance. This series draws audiences in with the clever improvised lines and the endearing nature of each unsuspecting main character. Readers can watch Jury Duty Season 2 on Amazon Prime.

2. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run

The hotly anticipated adaptation of the globally renowned Anime and Manga franchise Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure is finally here. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run is the sixth part of the long-running manga set in an alternate universe. The story follows paraplegic jockey Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli as they compete for a $50 million reward in a 6,000-kilometer, cross-country American horse race in 1890. Steel Ball Run continues the franchise’s wacky and absurd humor and gripping character relationships. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run streams exclusively on Netflix.

3. Malcolm in the Middle: Life’s Still Unfair

Twenty years later, one of the most iconic American sitcoms of the early 2000s is back and better than ever. Malcolm in the Middle: Life’s Still Unfair follows a now adult Malcom who is forced back to his family after successfully avoiding them for years. Now trapped within their orbit Malcom is forced by his parents to attend their 40th wedding anniversary. This four-episode revival event will let returning fans into the lives of this chaotic family once again and see all the changes time has brought for them. Malcolm in the Middle: Life’s Still Unfair premieres on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ on April 10, 2026.

4. Euphoria – Season 3

The controversially dark drama series makes its four-year return this April. Euphoria Season 3 takes audiences five years into the future for the former students of East Highland High. During that time, life has handed them some unexpected changes, with many still grappling with addiction, love, debt, and loss. Euphoria Season 3 premieres April 12, 2026, on HBO Max.

5. The Boys – Season 5

The epic climax of the dark and gritty superhero deconstruction series, The Boys, is almost here. In a world dominated by the might of Homelander, a resistance is formed in the midst of Billy the Butcher’s plan to wipe all Supes off the map with a deadly virus. In this series finale, audiences will find out the fates of the cast’s wacky and deranged characters that they’ve been following since 2019. The Boys season 5 is set to premiere on April 8, 2026, on Amazon Prime.
