1 – Supernatural
This show follows two brothers, Dean and Sam Winchester, who fight supernatural creatures, whether it be ghosts, spirits, windingo, or witches, they always know how to kill them and save the victims of the creatures. Although they can’t save everyone, they try their best. A running theme is that they can’t die because the other brother is constantly making a deal to bring them back. By the end of the series, they’ve fought every creature known, even Gods from Greek mythology. It’s an amazing show with loads of lore.
2 – Once Upon A Time
Do you love Disney? Well, this show is for you. It has loads of nostalgia and an interesting look at the various Disney princesses and other characters. The show follows a girl named Emma who happens to be the daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming. Her son comes, finds her, and tries to convince her that his adopted mom is the “evil stepmom” from Snow White. Once he convinces her, their whole world gets turned upside down as they have to face plenty of villains, but you may find yourself actually liking some of the villains because their backstories can be very traumatic.
3 – Big Bang Theory
We all know this show, right? A group of 4 guys: Sheldon Cooper, Leonard, Howard, and Raj. These guys are super smart and masters of their field, and you find yourself cheering for them to get the girl, which all of them, minus Raj, do find love. The ending of it, though, really had me in tears and hoping for a sequel, which, with the show’s Young Sheldon, Georgie, and Mandy, there might be one in the future.
4 – Fuller House
This show is so nostalgic if you grew up watching Full House. But this time, instead of three girls, DJ has three boys, all the same age as the girls were in Full House. Her husband is gone, and she’s struck raising three boys on her own. Until her best friend Kimmy and her sister Stephanie decide to move in with her. There are also appearances from Danny, Uncle Jessie, and Joey, as well as Kimmy’s brother Jimmy. It’s heartfelt like Full House, so get ready for the tears.
5 – Friends
This show is straight nostalgia for me. I watch it at least once a year. It follows 6 friends, Monica, Chandler, Racheal and, Ross, and Pheobe, and Joey. They all have different personalities, like a clean freak, a cook, and the comic relief, who uses humor when he is uncomfortable. I actually relate to Chandler a lot, and my favorite episode is when he proposes to Monica. This is a great show, and I would love a sequel.
