Antoine Vaillant is a Canadian bodybuilder and IFBB pro. He was a natural in the world of physical arts since an early age, participating in martial arts and rugby; as well as committing to a routine of calisthenics every night, in an effort to capitalize on his natural ability.

Eventually he outgrew this routine, need more than just the resistance of his body weight to achieve an effect. He joined a gym at age 16 and continued his rapid progression. At the age of 25, he won his pro card in the world of bodybuilding; and earned his spot at the top of call lists for fitness model work.

Many titles and accolades have come with his pursuit in the sport of open bodybuilding. He has continued his pursuits in the sport to this day, blending his passion with his good natured humor on his social media platforms.
