Patrick Mahomes is an American football star whom is considered one of the best players in this generation considering that he has been awarded AP Most Valuable Player and Best Male Athlete in 2023. Mahomes was born Patrick Lavon Mahomes II to an African American father and a Caucasian mother September 17, 1995 in Texas. Mahomes was athletically inclined from a young age, and has played basketball, football, and baseball in High school. He went on to play college football, and was drafted 2017 to the NFL , from then on Mahomes has seen many successes in his career and has won 2 NFL’s most valuable player awards (MVP).
