The early Uruguayan rock band Cuarteto de Nos started in Montevideo in 1984. Their dynamic sound is a fusion of rock, hip-hop, and pop, and it’s all led by guitarist and singer Roberto Musso. The band has been praised and criticized for its groundbreaking music and lyrics.
Despite setbacks, they persisted in breaking new ground, becoming notorious for their humor and political critiques. They have become one of Latin America’s most prominent musical groups, thanks to albums such as “Porfiado” and “Habla tu espejo,” which have garnered prizes and popularity worldwide.
