McDonald’s has released the line-up for their 2022 Camp McDonal’s Virtual experience,
which will be headlined by Kid Cudi. Additional performers include Omar Apollo,
blackbear, and South Korean singer-songwriter BIBI. The technological camp is set to
occur over a 4 week period, and is only accessible through the McDonald’s app. Each
week will bring new merch, menu items and promotions– examples being the $2 Big
Mac, and a free McFlurry.
The Musical performances have each been pre-recorded, and will be available to watch
every Sunday only after spending $1 through the McDonald’s app. Blackbear will start
off the concert on July 10, followed by Apollo, BIBI, and ending with Cudi on July 31.
According to ‘Billboard Magazine’, merch collabs will include: Korean skincare brand
innisfree, providing a Summer Skincare Starter Kit, L.A. clothes model Free & Easy,
streetwear label Ma®ket and Kid Cudi.
The headliner for the show and famous rapper will embark on a world tour of his own
starting on Aug. 16 in Vancouver. He announced his greatest hits compilation abu, on
Tuesday which is being named ‘The Boy Who Flew To The Moon Vol. 1’, and will
include tracks spanning over a decade.
