Kenan Thompson Represents Cristian Rivera Foundation on “Who Wants to be a Millionaire.”

The season premiere of “Who Wants to be a Millionaire” will be live on ABC and streaming to Hulu on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, with Kenan Thompson proudly representing the Cristian Rivera Foundation (CRF), named after Cristian Rivera who passed away from Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma, also known as D.I.P.G., in 2009. Kenan also happens to be a board member of CRF for well over a decade.

D.I.P.G is a rare tumor on the brain stem that previously had no survivors until the foundation began helping do more research to help fight this disease. Through fundraising and the work of CRF, more research than ever has been put into helping find a cure for this disease and there are now a few survivors. Thompson states that CRF, “needs the help of the nation to actually make it an official thing,” which is why he is playing.

Kenan Thompson is a well-known comedian who has been capturing the hearts and the laughs of viewers from a young age. You have seen him in popular works such as SNL and Good Burger, and now you’ll have the ability to see him on Hulu representing CRF, being a part of something important, something that saves lives, and that something being the research that the Cristian Rivera Foundation has dedicated their time and funds to.

This isn’t Kenan’s first time representing the foundation and showing his support for this cause so let’s support him as he continues using his platform to get the word out about D.I.P.G and help make an impact by tuning in to either Hulu or ABC to watch Kenan Thompson represent The Cristian Rivera Foundation in “Who Wants to be a Millionaire” 8/7c on July 10, 2024!
