Yesterday the Denver Nuggets faced off against the Phoenix Suns in an epic Christmas day game, but one player emerged as the star of the show when he scored a dunk that solidified his team’s victory. The player is of course, the Denver Nuggets’ very own, Aaron Gordon. Gordon has scored 85 dunks this season alone, ranking him as the second best in the NBA, just behind Giannis Antetokounmpo. Seven of those 85 dunks were on Christmas day, but only one of them has made headlines referring to it as “the dunk of the year.”
