The center itself is located across the street from Juarez’s city hall. Over 100 relatives of the men trapped in the facility gathered around it to gain information as to the whereabouts of their loved ones. The scene surrounding them was unfortunately grim, considering the state had to rent a refrigeration trailer to house the bodies of migrants.
