Guardian Angels in NYC Help a Man In Need

of West Harlem as is their custom when the weather permits.  As they approached the 2/3 station on 125th and Lenox, in order to check the station (as it is one of the chief problem areas) they encountered a man bent over at his waist outside the subway station.  The patrol approached him and asked him if he was ok and when he tried to stand up they could tell that he was sobbing.

Barcelona Spain Guardian Angels Update


After a long layoff because of the lockdown that Barcelona, Spain endured during the Pandemic. It was the longest in all of Europe. The Barcelona GA are back on patrol. Chapter leader Thor himself recovered from a tough bout with the CoronaVirus. Many other GA chapters went through similar lockdowns and setbacks and are themselves getting back to our mission. We all appreciate the dedication and renewed effort the Barcelona GA have brought to their mission in patrolling their streets and subway system.

We welcome into the Guardian Angels family our newest chapter in Lugano Switzerland. It is right across the border from Italy and is working in conjunction with our many Italian Guardian Angels chapters. Their focus is to combine a lot of social work with their patrols. Guardian Angels Animal Protection & WABC Team Together to Find Tuxedo the Cats Killer

Last week a beautiful black & white cat named “Tuxedo” and dubbed the “Mayor of NYCHA’s Breukelen Houses” was viciously killed by two pit bulls egged on by their sadistic owners. Tuxedo had lived on the grounds since 2011 and was part of a managed feral colony cared for by cat rescuer Latonya Walker.
