It is that time of year again, draft season for the NFL. Jalen Ramsey, an All-Pro player in the NFL who played for the Los Angeles Rams as a Cornerback, is now being traded to the Miami Dolphins. Ramsey has made first-team All-Pro honors 3 times now in his career, so it will be interesting to see if and how this trade hurts the Rams and helps the Dolphins or vice versa.
This Sunday may signal a shift in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ stream of bad luck. The team which had been on a serious losing streak, was able to relish in a victory against the Los Angeles Rams. The victory is not only a big deal in that it is one of the few that the Buccaneers have seen this season, but it was also another historic game for the player Tom Brady.
On Tuesday (Oct. 26), Los Angeles Rams star and defensive tackle Aaron Donald announced that he is parting ways with Kanye West’s Donda Sports marketing agency in light of West’s “recent comments and displays of hate and antisemitism.” The announcement was posted to Twitter and was signed by both Donald and his wife, Erica Donald.Several minutes later, Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown also announced via the social media platform that he is ending his association with Donda Sports, writing that he will “always continue to stand strongly against any antisemitism, hate speech, misrepresentation, and oppressive rhetoric of any kind.” Brown, who one day earlier had said in an interview with the Boston Globe that he would remain with Donda Sports despite the fact that he didn’t condone Ye’s remarks, reversed his decision after receiving pushback.
