The singer is set to return to our ears on Friday (October 28) with the new single “Lift Me Up,” which will be featured in the upcoming Marvel sequel Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. According to a press release announcing the star’s first solo single since 2016, the song was written by Tems, Oscar winner Ludwig Göransson, Rihanna, and Panther director Ryan Coogler and recorded in five countries and produced by Göransson.
