On Wednesday, the Boston Celtics defeated Miami Heat 93-80 in game five, making it a 3-2 lead in the Eastern Conference finals. Game 5 was a monumental game as it showed how worn down and eroded the Miami Heat team is amid multiple injuries. Boston came full force as they dominated the second half and came out strong through the third quarter, which built an 83-60 lead very early on in the fourth quarter. This Celtic win was the first time a team has won consecutive games in the series altogether.

The Boston Celtics thrashed the Miami Heat 102-82 to tie their NBA Eastern Conference finals series 2-2 on Monday. Miami Heat misfired on their first 14 shots. The away team got the first field goal at 3:22, a 3-pointer by Victor Oladipo. The Celtics led 29-11 in the first quarter. Miami’s offense was unable to penetrate the Celtics’ defense. During the second quarter, the Celtics extended the advantage to 27 points.

The 2022 NBA playoff has officially kicked off and is in full swing while the second round continues into Wednesday night. As of now, the Boston Celtics and Memphis Grizzlies have both won at-home games on Tuesday night which even things out between the Milwaukee Bucks and Golden State Warriors. The Dallas Mavericks and Philadelphia 76ers hope to win and even things out against the Miami Heat and Phoenix Suns.
