NEW YORK CITY, NY: Guardian Angels President/Founder Curtis Sliwa will join with fellow Guardian Angels to announce increased patrols for New Years Eve in Times Square and on the subways. Hundreds will be deployed to keep the peace in tourist hubs and on public transit after record crime increases across the City.
