H&M better equips themselves to measure environmental impact

H&M announced they launched the first version of the Higg Sustainability Profile across its websites, which will provide scores on how products impact the environment. H&M is one of the first major brands to implement the system, which was developed in conjunction with the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC) and Higg. Using this index, each product receives a score based on the impact from the materials used from a baseline to three.
