Miami Beach has declared a state of emergency and implemented curfews, as large numbers of spring breakers in the area pose a COVID-19 risk to the city. The curfew will stretch from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. and will be in effect until April 12 at least. Hotel guests, employees, and residents are exempt from this curfew.
