On Monday, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine became the first Covid vaccine to get approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The vaccine will now be marketed as Comirnaty and will be available for individuals 16 years of age and older, while still being available under emergency use authorization for people 12 years of age through 15.
