Former President Donald Trump and Trump Organization have filed a lawsuit against New York Attorney General, Letitia James, asking for the federal court to halt or limit her office’s ongoing investigations against himself and his company. The lawsuit comes just weeks after James’ office stated they want to depose Trump as part of its civil fraud investigation into the Trump Organization.
