There is no doubt that violence increased in NYC schools over the past few years. Parents are demanding safety in their children’s schools, but they feel that their voices have been ignored. There are a lower number of agents monitoring the safety of the schools. Once proposed, it would take about five months for the school to secure a safety agent.
