At least 46 people have died and over 70 people are missing due to the heavy rainfall that caused severe flooding in Germany. The country was hit the hardest in what experts have described as one of the heaviest rainfalls of the century. On Wednesday, big storms brought torrential rain that caused flash floods to sweep across the western and southern part of Germany, which led to buildings collapsing and cars being swept away.
