A mother and teenage daughter are now being investigated and possibly facing criminal charges after Facebook messenger texts between the two revealed that the young girl, Celeste Burgess, illegally aborted her fetus and broke Nebraska law. While the topic of abortion laws has been especially prevalent since the overturning of Roe v. Wade in late June, this instance actually occurred in April.

NFTs are Coming to Instagram
As announced, Instagram is getting ready to support NFTs. The intention to add NFTs to the Meta platform was confirmed by Mark Zuckerberg in a report about the site’s new features back in January. Now it is almost here, Instagram will allow integration of NFTs from the Ethereum and Polygon blockchains at first, with Solana and Flow to follow.
