The retro pop singer was in the snappy Sixty Seconds interview column of the Metro Newspaper where he talked about his career, his family, and his crazy nights out with Lemmy from Motörhead in the seven years that he turned back on pop music. He mentioned having some songs written for Adele that he’d love her to sing. Chesney Hawkes, who has over three decades of experience in the music industry, has written songs for many other artists as well such as Caprice’s “Once Around The Sun.” When asked who he would most like to record one of his songs, he cheekily said, “Adele, if you’re listening, I’ve got some songs for you!”
