Investigators announced Monday that a suspect has been arrested in the 2017 killings of two teen girls in Delphi, Indiana. Richard M. Allen, a 50-year-old drugstrore worker who has been living in the same small northern Indiana community were their bodies were found, was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of murder Friday in the deaths of Abigail Williams, 13, and Liberty German, 14, officials said. He pleaded not guilty, prosecutors said. This case has haunted the Indiana city of about 3,000 people for years now.
