The main objective behind this launch is to encourage long-term partnerships by providing these tech startups an insight into Ulta’s expertise and resources. Fund participants will receive access to Ulta Beauty’s innovation team, consumer insights, and in-market testing opportunities.

Costco Loosens Dining Restrictions and Expands Menu
Last March, the COVID-19 pandemic shut down nearly all restaurants across the country, including
Costo’s food court.
With increased vaccination rates and a decrease in positive COVID-19 cases, more restaurants are able
to re-open as dining restrictions begin to loosen throughout the country. Over the past few months,
Costco has slowly started to reopen its food courts and has even announced expanding their current
menu to allow for more options.
